The Town of Hounsfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the Area Variance request of Grindstone Group, LLC (U Store), 12506-514 NYS Rt. 3 Sackets Harbor, NY, parcel 88.20-1-90, on Wednesday, April 16 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town of Hounsfield Town Barn, County Rt. 66, Watertown, NY. 13601.
The property owner requests a rear lot line exemption to build a storage facility. All interested parties are invited to attend.
