The second and third installments of your town and county taxes are made payable to Jefferson County Treasurer, They are located at 175 Arsenal St., Watertown, NY 13601. The address is located on the payment stub for second and third installments.
The Town is not responsible for replacing mailboxes. Please see our mailbox policy for more information.
